The Ride to Care program provides non-emergency ambulance service to Health Share of Oregon members as part of the Medicaid transportation benefit through the Oregon Health Plan. Recently, Ride Connection analysts interviewed stakeholders to expand our understanding of challenges in providing non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) ambulance rides as part of our role as the transportation network manager in the program.
