    Location: Various Locations - Tualatin, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and Multnomah County
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Drivers are the heart and soul of Ride Connection’s Transportation Program. Drivers provide transportation services using agency-owned vehicles to help older adults, people with disabilities, and citizens who do not have access to reliable transportation or other alternatives to live independent, quality lives by providing them access to necessary community services.

  • Customer Service Coordinator - $17.45 per hour

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, empathic, investigative-minded, and customer service-oriented person to join our organization as a Customer Service Coordinator.

  • HR Specialist - Benefits Administration - $18.85 per hour

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative and engaging relationship builder and lifelong learner to join our Human Resources team as an HR Specialist – Benefits Administration.

  • Wapato Shores Driver - $18.85 per hour

    Ride Connection Bridge dba Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation is looking for Drivers. We operate 7 days a week and varying hours.  We are looking for Drivers for the Columbia County area and the Portland Metro area. Excellent customer service is a must.

  • Trip Audit and Member Reimbursement Specialist - $18.85 per hour

    Location: NE Glisan; Currently Remote
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative relationship builder to join our Trip Audit team as a Trip Audit and Member Reimbursement Specialist.

  • Wapato Shores Fleet Coordinator - $17.45 per hour

    The Fleet Coordinator is an administrative confidential position that supports the administration of Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation. This position will assist the Operations Director in managing all of Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation’s assets including the agency’s vehicle fleet, and other assetts.

  • Training Specialist - $20.35 per hour

    Location: NE Glisan; Currently Remote
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative and uplifting relationship builder, teacher, and lifelong learner to join our Training team. The Training Specialist focuses on classroom instruction and driver training that offers coordinated, appropriate, frequent, accessible training to volunteer, paid, and staff drivers for community transportation, shuttles, and non-emergent medical transportation programs within the Ride Connection network and across the state.

  • Volunteer Outreach Specialist - $18.85 per hour

    Location: NE Glisan; Currently Remote
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative and engaging community builder and lifelong learner to join our Development and Marketing team as the Volunteer Outreach Specialist. The Volunteer Outreach Specialist’s primary focuses are recruitment, retention, maintaining and building partnerships with community partners and transportation partners, and generating community recognition connected to Ride Connection’s volunteer program.

  • Quality Assurance Specialist - $18.85/hour

    Location: NE Glisan; Currently Remote
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, empathic, investigative-minded, and customer service-oriented person to join our Quality Assurance and Compliance team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. The Quality Assurance Specialist coordinates action, customer service, and support for all aspects of provider/driver complaints, incidents, and collisions, including documenting, investigating, and following through to ensure matters are resolved for Ride Connection’s Medicaid Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) program.

  • Wapato Shores Dispatcher/Scheduler - $17.45 per hour

    Ride Connection Bridge dba Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation is looking for Schedulers. The scheduler will produce highly accurate and efficient schedules fir the public transformation programs offered by our service. This position utilizes the agency’s computerized software program to develop daily schedules within a specific timeline,

  • Travel Trainer - Spanish Speaking - $18.33 per hour

    Classification: Full-time

    The primary responsibility of the Travel Trainer is to conduct in-person assessments of customers seeking training and to instruct Ride Connection customers to travel safely and independently by accessing public transportation and other transportation alternatives as appropriate. They will provide one-on-one field training to individuals referred for travel training. This person would need to have knowledge of the Portland and Metro area. They would need to have experience with our public transportation. This person would need to have the ability to teach safety and public transportation skills to older adults and people with disabilities. This person will need to be fluent in Spanish.
