  • Driver - $20.16-$30.24 per hour

    Location: Various Locations - Tualatin, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and Multnomah County
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Drivers are the heart and soul of Ride Connection’s Transportation Program. Drivers provide transportation services using agency-owned vehicles to help older adults, people with disabilities, and citizens who do not have access to reliable transportation or other alternatives to live independent, quality lives by providing them access to necessary community services.

  • Wapato Shores Driver - $20.16-$30.24 per hour

    Ride Connection Bridge dba Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation is looking for Drivers. We operate 7 days a week and varying hours.  We are looking for Drivers for the Columbia County area and the Portland Metro area. Excellent customer service is a must.

  • Community Outreach Specialist - $20.16-30.24 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, engaging, relationship and community builder to join our Development and Marketing team as Community Outreach Specialist to support Ride Connection and its services by identifying outreach opportunities and developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, potential donors, and communities in need.

  • Compliance Specialist - $20.16 to $30.24 per hour.

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, engaging, relationship and community builder to join our organization as a Compliance Specialist to support the compliance elements of Ride Connection’s transportation networks. This position assists the Compliance Manager in ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Mobility Hospital Liaison

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    The Mobility Hospital Liaison will be responsible for coordinating transportation needs for Medicaid members at the Patient Logistic Center (PLC) located at Providence Portland. In collaboration with PLC staff and RC staff, this position ensures that Medicaid members people living with disabilities and older adults receive the immediate transportation services they need.

  • Chief Human Resource Officer

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is seeking candidates for Chief Human Resource Officer to develop and execute human resource management strategies in support of the overall direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation/benefit packages, and succession planning.  The CHRO will provide strategic leadership by communicating with management, the board of directors, and manage the needs and plans of human resources. The CHRO will foster workplace culture, organizational goals and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

  • Diversity Equity and Inclusion Director

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is seeking candidates for a new role at Ride Connection, Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. The Ride Connection Board, Leadership and staff recognize the history of oppression, which has resulted in ongoing disparities based upon race, gender, perceived abilities, religion, culture, economic status, age, and more. We work to acknowledge and address these disparities by creating a culture of inclusion, respect, and authenticity.  Our mission, vision and values guide our work. This work is ongoing, evolving, and actionable. This is a team effort.  The Director of DEIA will take the lead with support of management, the board, cohorts, DEIA committee, and equity plan leads.  This is shared work and is not reliant on one person to move us forward on our journey.

  • Mobility Specialist - $20.16-$30.24 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    The Mobility Specialist  implements and coordinates service delivery  through the RideWise Travel Training & Mobility Support Program.  The RideWise program is a coordinated, comprehensive approach to enhancing an individual’s knowledge and ability to access appropriate transportation options independently.
