  • Driver - $20.17 per hour

    Location: Various Locations - Tualatin, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, and Multnomah County
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Drivers are the heart and soul of Ride Connection’s Transportation Program. Drivers provide transportation services using agency-owned vehicles to help older adults, people with disabilities, and citizens who do not have access to reliable transportation or other alternatives to live independent, quality lives by providing them access to necessary community services.

  • Chief Human Resource Officer

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is seeking candidates for Chief Human Resource Officer. The Chief Human Resource Officer is responsible for developing and executing human resource management strategies in support of the overall direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, compensation/benefit packages, and succession planning.

  • Volunteer Outreach Manager - $23.54 - $27.43 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, investigative-minded, relationship builder to join our Development and Marketing team as a Volunteer Outreach Manager. The Volunteer Outreach Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining recruitment, retention, and recognition of Ride Connection’s volunteer program.

  • Accounting Specialist (Fiscal Specialist II) - $25.41 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, investigative minded, problem solver to join our fiscal team to assist the Chief Financial Officer as an Accounting Specialist (Fiscal Specialist II)

  • Transportation Specialist - NE Portland/Gresham - $23.54 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, engaging, problem solver and relationship builder to assist the Program Manager in NE Portland/Gresham with day-to-day operations. The Transportation Specialist will support the Program Manager, drivers, service center staff, and service partners as needed.

  • Transportation Specialist - Tualatin - $23.54 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

  • Payroll Specialist - $26.13 per hour

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, investigative minded, problem solver to join our fiscal team as a Payroll Specialist to assist the Chief Financial Officer and process payroll for a 200+ employee non-profit.

  • Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is seeking candidates for a new role at Ride Connection, Director of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. The Ride Connection Board, Leadership and staff recognize the history of oppression, which has resulted in ongoing disparities based upon race, gender, perceived abilities, religion, culture, economic status, age, and more. We work to acknowledge and address these disparities by creating a culture of inclusion, respect, and authenticity.  Our mission, vision and values guide our work. This work is ongoing, evolving, and actionable. This is a team effort.  The Director of DEIA will take the lead with support of management, the board, cohorts, DEIA committee, and equity plan leads.  This is shared work and is not reliant on one person to move us forward on our journey.

  • Trip Audit and Reimbursement Lead - $22.19 per hour

    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative relationship builder to join our Trip Audit and Member Reimbursement team as a Trip Audit Lead. The Trip Audit Lead supports the team, members, and partners within the Medicaid Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) network. The person in this role is responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate auditing of provider trips prior to payments being issued.

  • Scheduler - $18.67 per hour

    Location: NE Glisan - Currently Remote
    Classification: 1.0 FTE

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, investigative-minded, and detail oriented person to join our organization as a Payment (Reimbursement) Specialist.

  • Dispatcher - $18.67 per hour

    Classification: 1

    Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, engaging, relationship and community builder to join our Service Center team as a Dispatcher. The Dispatch Coordinator supports Ride Connection and its services through supporting both Ride Connection’s Service Center and drivers as well as other drivers from our program partners.

  • Wapato Shores Driver - $20.17 per hour

    Ride Connection Bridge dba Wapato Shores Accessible Transportation is looking for Drivers. We operate 7 days a week and varying hours.  We are looking for Drivers for the Columbia County area and the Portland Metro area. Excellent customer service is a must.
