Come out and learn about an exciting new tool to help persons with disabilities, older adults and other populations with transportation challenges find the resources they need in the Portland Metro Region.
Ride Connection, in collaboration with a team of state and regional stakeholders, is completing a planning study to bring a new technology to the Portland region. Dubbed a “One-Call One-Click” system, its goal is to bring all the available resources to a single database that can be accessed on-line, by telephone, and by smartphone.
This workshop, the culmination of a two-year project, represents a vital opportunity to bring stakeholders together and chart the course for creating a platform that supports mobility for all. See the project documents at bit.ly/ococ-plan.
