In coordination with TriMet, Oregon Metro, Clackamas and Multnomah Counties, Oregon 211, Portland Impact, Elders in Action, and other community stakeholders, Ride Connection is spearheading the development of a multifaceted plan for implementing a one-call/one-click system for regional travel options discovery and booking. Ride Connection is seeking a qualified consultant to develop the core elements of this plan.
The desired final implemented system would be a single point of entry for information and referral that will allow consumers, information and referral specialists, providers of medical and social service, and mobility managers to have access to comprehensive and complete information on regional transit, paratransit and personal mobility services, including the ability to create itineraries that include fixed route transit services and request demand-responsive services.

Proposals will be due no later than 4:00 PM PST on Thursday, January 26.
