Due to TriMet’s announced reduction in service, we have modified the Tualatin Shuttle starting Monday, April 6. Click here for an updated schedule.
Ride Connection’s physical offices are closed to the general public at this time, however Ride Connection’s staff are working diligently to continue to provide these essential services to our most vulnerable community members.
The following practices began on Tuesday, March 24 and will continue until otherwise instructed.
We are encouraging our customers to travel only when essential and to stay home and check-in with their healthcare provider if they’re feeling under the weather. Social distancing practices are important.
We are limiting the number of passengers on vehicles to maintain safe social distance. We are limiting the capacity to 4 passengers on our minibuses and community connectors and only 1 customer per trip in our minivan and sedans. We are cleaning and sanitizing our vehicles more frequently to help maintain sanitized surfaces.
During this critical time your support is greatly needed and appreciated. Please consider making a gift today in support of our most vulnerable population’s transportation needs.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will make updates here as well as on our social media outlets.
We appreciate your support and patience in these uncertain times.
